If you’re looking for logic in how the Knicks are resting their World Cup players, Tom Thibodeau doesn’t have a good answer.
“It’s a good question,” the Knicks coach said. “It’s just the way we feel we should manage it right now.”
Barrett played a team-high 26 minutes on Saturday, and he leads the Knicks in scoring through the two games. “There’s two schools of thought,” Thibodeau said. “Edwards went out and played 27 minutes . We’re ramping things up. … We’ve got to be ready. Whatever we have to do, that’s what we have to do.”
