After 13 straight days of devastating tornadoes, 39 million are still under severe weather threat

Tornadoes threaten the Plains for the 13th straight day 01:21"A concentration of strong thunderstorms with heavy rainfall" will continue in parts of Missouri, Iowa and Illinois with ongoing flash flooding, the weather service said.
