Trump would beat Biden in a head-to-head matchup by a margin of 45 to 40 percent — with a crucial 16% of voters undecided.The survey revealed wide discontentment with both major party candidates, however, with 70% of voters hungry for another option. DeSantis remained the overall GOP favorite should Trump decide to get out of the race, the survey showed.
The findings also show a full 68% of Americans said they felt President Biden, 80, is “showing he is too old to be president.”A further 64% of those polled said he should not seek a second term. Trump is 77.More than 3 out of 4 said they have been impacted by inflation.Voters are increasingly concerned by President Biden’s age.Less than three in ten voters believe the country is on the “right track.
