Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg received an envelope containing mysterious white powder on Friday.
Tacopina told NBC “I’m not his social media consultant” and said he’s not going to “defend or condemn anything regarding social media.”
Tacopina denied that Trump’s social media rhetoric created violence during the January 6 insurrection, saying “I think violence was on the way that day.”Trump could face criminal charges from Bragg’s office over a scheme to make hush money payments to Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election, which prosecutors may argue involved campaign finance violations and business record falsification.
