The President was missing from a session covering climate, biodiversity and oceans. White House officials said he had bilateral meetings that ran long. Climate has been a big part of this year's summit: France's MacronAfter sending confusing trade signals, Trump said Monday that he has received two calls from China saying they’re ready to restart talks. Dow futures — which were down — rose on his comments.
