Tucson Protester Who Sparked 'Green Shirt Guy' Viral Reaction Urging Immigrants to 'Follow Our Laws' Charged With Identity TheftA woman who appeared in a viral video earlier this year getting laughed at while staging an anti-immigration protest in Arizona has been arrested on suspicion of identity theft, according to reports.
She is accused of using the victim's name, address and club-reward points in order to make the reservation without the"knowledge and permission of the victim who is willing to aid in prosecution," according to court documents.Harrison, leader of the anti-immigrant, anti-Muslim group AZ Patriots, was arrested on suspicion taking the identity of another on October 24 and released the following day.
As noted by AZ Central, the charges against Harrison are also used to prosecute undocumented immigrants who use a false name or take another person's identify in order to get a job in Arizona. "Jennifer created a scene at the PD [police department] and in the booking room because she believes she is above the law and does not want to be treated like a criminal," the document states.,"Green Shirt Guy" Kack explained why he"laughed really hard" at Harrison's outburst and why he backed the pro-immigration proposals in Tucson.
