A suspect is being sought in the shooting of two men Friday night in the Uptown area of Oakland.
OAKLAND — Two men were shot — one multiple times — Friday night in the Northgate-Waverly area, authorities said.The shooting happened just after 11 p.m. Friday in the 2500 block of Telegraph Avenue.
The two men, one 68-years-old and the other 56, were standing outside when they were approached by a woman who pulled a pistol and began shooting at them, police said. Police have not said if the suspect said anything before opening fire. The 56-year-old man was hit multiple times in the leg and the other man once in the foot, authorities said.A detailed description of the shooter was not released.Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
