President Joe Biden said on Thursday the White House is reviewing whether the United States can help Cubans regain internet access in the wake of Cuban government actions following the biggest anti-government protests in decades.

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, a Florida Republican, called on Biden "to immediately authorize and allocate additional funding to provide internet to Cuba using the existing capacity of innovative American firms."
