Ukraine denounced a price cap on Russian oil as a “weak” measure that would fail to deprive Moscow’s military machine of funds

Moscow’s representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, said the move would deprive Europe of Russian oil supplies. He said it would instead allow Russia to continue reaping profits and inflicting pain on Western democracies already suffering from inflation and rising energy costs.
