UPDATE: 49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo is out for the rest of the season with a broken foot.
SANTA CLARA -- San Francisco quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo was carted off to the locker room Sunday with an injured foot in the first quarter of the 49ers-Dolphins game.
