The USWNT rebounded from a lackadaisical first half to score four second-half goals against New Zealand.
The USWNT stormed past the Football Ferns in the second period, as a Mallory Swanson double led the way in a 4-0 friendly win at Wellington Regional Stadium.
That lack of sharpness especially manifested in front of goal, where the USWNT squandered a few decent looks against a New Zealand side that was increasingly on the back foot as the half wore on.
