Two families with children who survived the mass shooting that took place at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on May 24, 2022, have filed a lawsuit against multiple agencies.
UVALDE, Texas —
The lawsuit names multiple agencies as defendants, including the City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, Uvaclde CISD, the companies that manufactured and sold the gun used in the shooting and law enforcement tasked with responding to the shooting. In addition, the suit lays out in graphic detail how the tragedy unraveled, demonstrating the role each agency played in mishandling the shooting.
