Venom & Deadpool Are Fighting For Reality-Warping Power In a preview for Venom Annual 2023 #1 by Alyssa Wong and Sergio Dávila, Deadpool and Venom find themselves teleported to a boardwalk carnival called Hopper Land UK, and the mascot - Hopper - is seemingly a sentient animatronic rabbit, and the keeper of the aforementioned ‘limited edition Hopper’.
While it’s true that the Infinity Gauntlet held the power to manipulate more than just reality , it could be argued that - in every way that matters to the physical world - it really didn’t. Reality is all encompassing. Time is reality, space is reality, the mind exists in reality. Basically every other gem is simply a compliment of the Reality Stone, with the only real outlier being the Soul Gem.
Contest of Chaos Isn’t The Only Deadpool vs Venom What’s interesting, too, about this scenario is that it’s not the only one in current Marvel Comics canon that’s pitting Venom against Deadpool. In the ongoing series Deadpool: Badder Blood, Deadpool finds himself inside a simulation called Killville , where he’s battling not just Venom, but also his own Venom-variant, Venompool.
