'Hard to imagine' that Hong Kong tourism, retail sales will improve in November, economist says
Tourist arrivals slumped 43.7% in October from year ago to 3.31 million, according to the Hong Kong Tourism Board. That's a sharper drop than the 34.2% decline in September.The city's government said that slump is the worst on record.
