Wembanyama averaged 21.6 points, 10.4 rebounds and three blocks per game for his French team, Metropolitans 92, last season. In doing so, he became the youngest player ever named MVP of France’s LNB Pro A league.He led the Mets to a second-place finish in the regular season and into the league championship series, where they lost to Monaco.
