A family member said his brother borrowed his SUV and was driving back from the store with his friends when he said the driver of a black Kia crashed into his vehicle. Deon Winters' mother and siblings live in that home. He said no one was there when the crash happened.The SUV crashed into the living room, where Winters said his mother would have been had she not been at a doctor's appointment at the time.
After the crash, videos shows a person jump out of the Kia as the SUV caught on fire, which then spread to the home.
