'My heart was beating so fast, and I was so flustered and my face was so red,' the woman said in a video following the stressful encounter.
In the video's second part, the woman speaks directly into the camera while seated inside her car. She talks quickly and admits that she still feels anxious from the encounter.
The barista apparently came over once before @greenybeany420 started recording. The employee leaned over and whispered to the woman,"We've been having an issue with this man. If he makes you uncomfortable, let us know." After the woman packed up her stuff to leave, she noticed all the coffeehouse employees talking behind the counter, discussing how to deal with the man. They then told her,"You can stay. We're actually going to remove him because this isn't the first time that he has harassed a customer." The employees added that the man had also harassed baristas.
