WakandaForever only showed a small fraction of Talokan's underwater city according to one of the movie's VFX artists, teasing there is more to explore in the future 'You have seen 10-percent of what the [Talokan] design was' 🤯
Only a small segment of Namor's city, Talokan, was actually on-screen in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. The follow-up to 2018's Black Panther, Wakanda Forever followed the aftermath death of Chadwick Boseman's T'Challa. Thrown into turmoil, the powerful city of Wakanda was forced to reckon with the loss of their king, while also coming face-to-face with a new threat that rose out of the water: Tenoch Huerta's Namor.
Having ruled the underwater kingdom of Talokan for hundreds of years, Namor wanted to find an alliance for the protection of his own people. While Talokan played a major role in the film, it, unfortunately, wasn't seen much. Outside of a few scenes depicting Namor and Letitia Wright's Shuri swimming through the city, the majority of the film took place above the surface. Much work was put into the designs of Talokan and its warriors that audiences didn't get to see.

In the throne room, you have those clusters on the side, and you have the fish that are traveling in and out of those areas, a really tiny detail you can easily miss. In term of the size of the city, it's a gigantic.
The Fantastic Four movie seems like the perfect place for the king, given that he is a key antagonist in the comic books. Namor is one of the oldest villains that the Fantastic Four faced off against, and he could help offer them a perfect introduction within the MCU. An already-established villain would be perfect for a team that will need to develop its own heroes. Spending too much time on a villain could lead to a lackluster team, as there is only so much time in a single movie.
After Fantastic Four, there are two upcoming movies that may see Namor and Talokan reappear: Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars. Much like Infinity War and Endgame saw all of Marvel's heroes come together to face off against Thanos, the final fights with Kang the Conqueror would be the perfect place for Namor to return. With Wakanda sure to be drawn into the fight, as their principal ally, the people of Talokan will need to be present to defend their fellow heroes.
