The whole lit society gang played a part, and Jonathan is definitely dead now because he screwed his part up—his part being “make sure Jughead is actually dead.” We see how Archie, Betty, and Veronica revived Jughead in the woods and called Charles for help, how Jug faked looking like a corpse at the morgue, and we get even more information: Mr.
• At school, Cheryl says she’s not surprised Jughead is back because, “no one ever really dies in Riverdale, do they?” While hilarious, it raises some questions. Because if Jason and Mr. Blossom and Midge and Mr. Cooper and more all come back from the dead, the show has a lot to explain…
