WATCH: KimMinKyu Is A Visual Center Adjusting To The Hardships Of His New Idol Life In 'TheHeavenlyIdol' Teaser
Based on a popular webtoon and web novel, tvN’s “The Heavenly Idol” is an upcoming fantasy drama starringas High Priest Rembrary, who suddenly wakes up one day to find himself in the body of Woo Yeon Woo, a member of the unsuccessful idol group Wild Animal.
In the newly released teaser, Woo Yeon Woo begins to adjust to his new life as an idol as he narrates, “I’m not a person of this world. Just only hours ago, I was facing against the King of Darkness .” The teaser depicts the great contrast from Rembrary’s life as a revered High Priest to Woo Yeon Woo’s life as an unsuccessful idol. Woo Yeon Woo falls to his knees on the cold hospital floor to offer a prayer, causing Wild Animal’s agency CEO Lim Sun Ja to remark in concern, “The visual center has finally lost it.”
