Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) said we are living in one of the “most dangerous times in modern American history,” slamming the Biden administration for a “calamity of errors” that have made the United States appear weak on the world stage.
“Deterrence all over the world with our adversaries is crumbling,” Waltz told Fox News’s The Next Revolution with Steve Hilton, citing a lack of accountability by the U.S. against Afghanistan, Russia, Iran, and China.“You have key members of the administration who, bottom line, want to apologize for America and want to apologize for what America is. When you have our secretary of state apologizing to the U.N. for the United States — the U.N.
“At the end of the day, you can have the most powerful military in the world, but if our adversaries believe it’s weakening and it’s led by a weak commander in chief, that’s why you’re seeing our adversaries on the march right now,” Waltz added. “It’s no coincidence they’re all doing it at the same time.”Waltz said that the U.S. military intelligence leak is another example of failures on the part of the Biden administration.
“It would be laughable if it weren’t so serious. ... This calamity of errors is exactly what is emboldening our adversaries, and again, this is the most dangerous time in modern history.”
