Sick and tired of endlessly trying to get your toddler to go to bed every night? Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson can relate.
In a video he recently posted social media, he can be seen singing “You’re Welcome” from Moana to his 2-year-old daughter, Tiana, for the “1927th time.” The only difference between The Rock and every other tired quarantine parent at bedtime? He played the character who sings his daughter’s favorite song.
In the caption, the dad, “And for the 1,927th time I will sing ‘You’re Welcome’ to baby Tia as part of our nightly daddy/daughter negation to go to bed! It. Never. Ends. But truth is, spending all this time at home with my ladies has been a real silver lining blessing in this craziness we’re all experiencing. And for the record, she still has no idea that her daddy is actually, ‘Maui’ from Moana.”
Fans are definitely loving the cuteness, as stuntman Tanoai Reed wrote on the video, “Definitely the cutest thing I’ve seen on social media! Love you guys!” Meanwhile, stylist Ilaria Urbinati commented, “I am no longer living after this because i am DEAD over this cuteness!!! Dead!!!”, Lauren Hashian, dinner while she was breastfeeding their youngest daughter? And this isn’t the first time he’s posted about singing “You’re Welcome,” either.
While, The Rock may not enjoy singing “You’re Welcome” to his daughter repeatedly before bed every night, we are certainly enjoying seeing their heart-meltingly cute interactions.
