Newsflash: You don't need to make a grilled cheese to get bread like that.I started doing it recently, almost as an afterthought. On most mornings, I fry up some eggs in olive oil for breakfast.
And while fry bread might seem indulgent, it's no less healthy than toast. It's the same thing—bread plus butter or olive oil. Only better.
