Meanwhile, Maple Groves got burned down to the ground and Jughead spent his night tripping on mushrooms in the bunker, trying to write his book. So yeah, it was a pretty normal night in Riverdale.

Well, according to the teaser, not much has changed. It looks like there will be some fallout from Jug's trip and the prison break while Hiram continues his bad guy schtick. Betty, meanwhile, is still on the hunt forand now, she has a chainsaw. Along with that, it seems like Josie and the Pussycats will finally return to town and we will get some more musical numbers. The weirdest part of the teaser, though, has to be Cheryl and her criminal mother, Penelope, starting a ministry.
Yeah, you may need to watch it a few times to really catch everything going on there, but if this doesn't get you excited for August 11th, I don't know what will.
