Looking like red carpet royalty, Lizzo topped the hair off with a bedazzled headband that featured an ornate jewel piece. The headband kept much of her hair tied up, but a few pieces hung loose around her face. She wore a similar hue of pink for her eyeshadow and her nails.
Lizzo's passion for pink continued into her choice of Met Gala outfit. Wearing a pink and white gown, the rapper wrapped herself in a cozy pink and white jacket. The jacket matched the dress in length, and both pieces extended to the floor. Before arriving to the Met Gala, Lizzo had shared a BTS video of her preparations. Capturing a clip from "Lizzo's eye view" on her Instagram Stories, she showed as her makeup and hair was being completed.
