We tried the ribbed leggings that Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner love
“I am pretty picky when it comes to pants, workout ones or otherwise; I’ll only wear high-rise pairs, and if my belly button’s showing, that rise ain’t high enough! These passed that test with flying colors — and speaking of colors, I really liked my navy pair, which read as more like an indigo/denim hue, at least to my eye. I followed the sizing chart on the Year of Ours website while ordering, and the recommended size small fit me perfectly.
“I’m not a big fan of ultra-compressive leggings that feel like a workout to pull on, and found these offered medium-level support while still feeling completely comfortable. I think some people might want something more compressive for high-intensity exercise, but personally, I like it when leggings are comfy enough to sleep in .
“But the real star of the show here is that lace-up waist. I’ve got a pretty small middle compared to my hips, which means that pants, skirts and leggings will often fit in the hip area and gap at the waist. Thanks to the adjustable ties, that wasn’t an issue whatsoever; these leggings fit like a glove.”
