No complicated applications. No move-out notice. All you do is hand over a credit card, show up and then leave when you please.New York’s Fasano Fifth Avenue is a private members club with 12 fully furnished rental units, including five duplex apartments and seven clubhouse suites.

Dang first considered the Set, it was out of her price range—she had been targeting $3,500 a month—but she went to look anyway. “Right away, I was ready to move in,” she says. She moved in in October 2022.Ms. Dang goes about her day at the Set. Her king studio with a king bed is $5,300 a month. She says she feels like she belongs to a private club.The Set has a 44th floor common area.
