'You'll have some breezy moments and a lot of shifts in the winds.'
FILE - Pedestrians walk with umbrellas in downtown San Francisco, during a rain storm on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.An area of low pressure moving south along the California coast is expected to skirt the San Francisco Bay Area on Wednesday, bringing breezy conditions, scattered showers and a very slight chance of thunderstorms.
The center of the low pressure is not expected to pass directly over the region as last Tuesday's storm did, and winds are not forecasted to be nearly as severe as they were in the prior event. The low's passing will also bring some scattered showers to the region. These isolated cells could dump moderate to heavy rain but will likely be moving fast.
