US Secretary of State Antony Blinken faces tricky balancing act since Washington sees New Delhi as a partner in countering China but also expects it to reverse its declining ratings in global democracy index

The US is engaged in diplomacy “to bring parties together…to bring peaceful resolution of the conflict.”
