Here's what we know about some Starbucks location deciding to cover electrical outlets.
Several customers at Starbucks hoping to do a little work as they sip their latte are finding a new challenge.
Outlets have been covered at a Starbucks on 14th Avenue in San Leandro. An employee at the location deferred an NBC Bay Area request for an explanation to its corporate office. Starbucks' corporate media office on Tuesday said it is looking into why electrical outlets are being covered and would get back to NBC Bay Area with an explanation.
"I'm surprised," customer Valeria Edwards said."I don't know if I'm upset about it. I can always go somewhere else."
