U.S. sprinter Noah Lyles made comments recently that got Kevin Durant and other NBA stars upset.
Lyles’ comments went viral and it was only a matter of time before NBA players responded to them. Among them was Kevin Durant.“Whatever… I’m smoking buddy in the 200m,” said Aaron Gordon, who won the NBA championship in June with the Nuggets.“When being smart goes wrong,” Warriors forward Draymond Green posted with a facepalm emoji.
Other players who commented on that post included 76ers forward P.J. Tucker, Wizards point guard Tyus Jones and former Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith, who also used a laughing emoji in the post. Lyles is a three-time champion in the 200 at the World Athletic Championships and took the bronze medal in that event at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. He also helped anchor the U.S. 4x100 relay team to gold on Saturday in Budapest.BET $5, GET $200 BONUS BETS & $100 OFF NFL SUNDAY TICKET
