Roy & Keeley Claimed They Were Too Busy For Their Relationship To Work When explaining their breakup to Roy's niece Rebecca, Keeley says that they are taking a break due to them both being too busy for a relationship. This makes sense, as both characters have recently undertaken new jobs with strenuous schedules. Roy Kent is now an assistant coach at AFC Richmond, with the former football star now spending even more time on the pitch.
