The Williamsport real estate firm was given a one-year contract to find a buyer for the downtown building that is currently condemned due to water damage. One of the concerns expressed by council members was where city government will be located long term. The police are in a former transportation museum illegally because of a deed restriction but there has been no move to evict them.
