The mountains could receive up to 3 inches of rain.
Winds are expected to pick up for the interior areas ahead of the front and increase behind it - similar to Thursday's storm. The National Weather Service may issue a Wind Advisory for Saturday afternoon.is experiencing 32 active outages impacting 5,620 customers as of 10:20 a.m., according to its outage map. According to the map, the areas south of Cougar Mountain and south of Covington have been impacted the most.
Southerly winds could reach up to 25 mph in the Puget Sound region with gusts of up to 45 mph from early Saturday morning through Saturday evening, according to the KING 5 Weather Team.
