BREAKING: Woman arrested in connection to Montgomery riverfront brawl, marking fourth person to be charged
Mary Todd, 21, turned herself in Thursday and was charged with misdemeanor third-degree assault Assault 3rd degree. MPD said Todd is being held at the Montgomery Municipal Jail.
Montgomery police are still asking a man identified as Reggie Gray to contact them for questioning. He’s allegedly the person seen in one video assaulting others with a folding chair, and more charges are expected to be coming. A passenger on the Harriott II Riverboat was recording when a confrontation turned into a fight involving multiple people. Montgomery Police Chief Darryl Albert said the incident began when private boat owners would not move their boat from the place where the city-owned Harriot II Riverboat docks. Attempts were made by the boat’s captain for 45 minutes by the use of a PA system.
