Police are searching for a missing 19-year-old woman after a reported shooting and potential kidnapping early Sunday morning at Penn Park in Whittier.
The “armed suspect” approached the vehicle the man and Vazquez were sitting in and “fired a weapon” in their direction, the man told police.
