We trained an AI to generate combinations of best-selling vehicles. They're weird.
. The result is strange—don't look too closely at the passenger side headlight—but it looks generally like a vehicle that some automaker could actually build. The sportier, Japanese-influenced front end mixed with Ford characteristics lends it a bit of a Subaru vibe. There's been a long history of badge engineered pickups—anyone remember the Suzuki Equator—and if you cleaned up this design and told us Ford was building a full-size pickup for Subaru, we'd probably believe you.
So far, our AI network hasn't spit out any Camry sedans with F-150 faces, seeming to intuitively understand through our prompts that we were hoping the result would be a Camry-influenced pickup with identifiable F-150 characteristics .Sometimes, the AI spits out a two-for-one special. As you can see here, both of these are iterations of the same basic theme, leaning into a blocky, almost Tundra-inspired look, particularly the one on the right.
