A24 (A24) has released a trailer for SaintMaud (saintmaudmovie) that blurs the lines between divine and devious:
The story, which is described as a “chilling vision of faith, madness and salvation in a fallen world,” follows Maud , a newly devout hospice nurse hellbent on saving her dying patient’s soul. The trailer is unnerving without being overly revelatory and set to a smartly edited mumble of Billie Eilish’s “all the good girls go to hell.
” It becomes quickly apparent that Maud hasn’t always been a model of piety, and some of her behavior leans from saintly into satanic. After watching the trailer, you’re going to have to wait until the film’s scheduled spring 2020 release to know what Maud did and find out what she will do.include Lilly Frazer, Lily Knight, Marcus Hutton, Turlough Convery and Rosie Sansom.
