The year-old homicide had gone cold until deputies used trace evidence to develop new leads.
Malyk Jason, 26, and Seth Ronterio Little, 20, were both already in custody at the Bexar County jail when investigators linked them to the year-old slaying of Corwin Davis, 31.
Several men clad in black and wearing ski masks had entered the home and began threatening Davis and a woman, according to authorities. The woman told deputies that the men shot at her and Davis, fatally wounding him. She was able to escape and run to a neighbor’s home for help, while the men fled.
