What’s been the biggest challenge overall Walker & Dunlop has overcome in 2022?
We had a shift in int rates environment this year. There’s liquidity in the multi-family space, it’s just about getting investors and lenders off the sideline. We’re really trying to get a gauge on what the debt market is going to look like. There’s the inconsistency of not knowing that makes it impossible to underwrite debt into value assets.Do I think we see the numbers we saw in 2021? I don’t think that’s in the cards, at least for 2023.
