A Cottonwood Heights man is facing criminal charges accusing him of pointing a gun at motorists and police officers. Officers detained him after he allegedly fought with them and they discovered it was a realistic looking toy gun.
<p>COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS — A Cottonwood Heights man was charged Friday with pointing a realistic looking gun at police and then fighting with officers.
&quot; When the first officer arrived, he got out of his patrol car and Oakeson pointed the gun at him, according to charging documents.
