These are the folks that supposedly want to “save” Utah Lake. In a Tribune article a few months ago LRS identified two main problems causing the pollution in Utah Lake. LRS has an ambitious goal of building several islands in the middle of Utah Lake and creating a new settlement of up to 500,000 people.
