Cutrone and Delvey met after the con artiste said she became determined to move to NYC after seeing the power publicist on shows like “The Hills.”
Cutrone told us that the splashy plan is an attempt to solve a growing problem for young designers.
“This is fun, but it’s not a joke,” Cutrone told us. “It’s a serious project to get some attention for talented designers.” Delvey told Page Six, “It was so great to finally get connected with Kelly. I used to watch her on [Bravo’s] ‘Kell on Earth’ as a teenager in Germany, and she was always such an icon in my mind. My first internship was for a fashion PR agency in Berlin, and that decision was largely influenced by her as well.”She added: “I’m so very excited to launch out new little venture, the Outlaw Agency, during this upcoming NY Fashion Week.
