Canyon Ranch is headed to the Texas Hill Country with new resortAlong with the new $150 million investment and $200 million in funding for the Hill Country project, VICI is also providing new financing for Canyon Ranch’s legacy resorts in Tucson and Lennox, Mass.

“We’re the biggest player in an industry that is growing dramatically — the overall wellness industry,” Goff said. “We have expertise like no other. It’s really time to grow.” The new Wellness Club in Fort Worth is planned to open in late 2023 followed by a club in Houston in 2024. The Hill Country resort is scheduled to open in 2025.

“There are going to be some coworking areas as well,” Kuster said. “There’s really nothing like it in town.”that Crescent is building that includes a luxury hotel, residential units and office space. The project is west of downtown on Camp Bowie Boulevard near the Will Rogers Coliseum and across the street from the Kimbell Art Museum and the Modern Art Museum.Canyon Ranch's resort in Lennox, Mass. is one of several the firm operates.
