According to an arrest-warrant affidavit, surveillance video showed seven to 10 people park along the interstate before getting out and firing at least 60 rounds from as many as seven different firearms. The video confirmed Webb did not exit the car, police said in the affidavit.A witness told police a man with Mitchell’s nickname had shot Gray “on accident,” according to the affidavit.
