July 21, 2021 -- Fox News hosts have started urging their viewers to get vaccinated against COVID-19, a change of course for the network that’s been criticized for its skepticism about vaccines, mask mandates, lockdowns, and other pandemic restrictions.
"Please take COVID seriously, I can't say it enough. Enough people have died. We don't need any more deaths," Hannity saidSteve Doocy noted that 99% of the people who died of COVID have not been vaccinated. In a separate segment, anchor Bill Hemmer asked Marc Siegel, the Fox News medical contributor, about the effectiveness of the vaccines.
