After that, she spends 2-4 hours in a sensory-deprivation tank, which allows her to "astro-glide" to dimensions "past, present, and future," then a few hours of sword fighting in the afternoon with a trainer and a 30-45 minute wind-down with an inclined hike.
And, because she's Grimes, she also claimed that she has "eliminated all blue light from my vision through an experimental surgery that removes the top film of my eyeball and replaces it with an orange ultra-flex polymer that my friend and I made in the lab this past winter as a means to cure seasonal depression." Oh, and she sleeps with a humidifier on.
