Stepping out for a class at West Hollywood's HotPilates, a studio she, the model tossed her blonde waves up into a taut ponytail and threw on a black baseball cap. Below the neck, Bieber highlighted her sculpted core in a sleek, monochromatic gray sports-bra-and-legging set.
It's no secret: Bieber's toned abs are the handiwork of a dedicated strengthening and lengthening regimen. "I've been doing hot Pilates for around two years now," she revealed earlier this year. "I find that when you do any hot class your muscles are more pliable and you're stretched out easier." Opting to pick up a nutrient-packed green smoothie after her workout, Bieber's fitness agenda shows no signs of slowing down.
