Scream 3 star Parker Posey says that she wants her legacy character to return to the franchise in the future. Posey played TV actress Jennifer Jolie in the film, helping in the investigation of the murders surrounding the in-universe film Stab 3: Return to Woodsboro. Jennifer is ultimately killed by the film's Ghostface, the director of the final Stab film Roman Bridger.

I hope so. I would love to do that. That was really fun.
