The American Dream megamall opens in 2 days but it's not exactly a mall

The Nickelodeon Universe amusement park and the ice rink open Friday. The water park will open November 27. The ski slope will open December 5. The 350 stores and over 100 restaurants, along with other attractions including and aquarium and a 300-foot observation wheel, aren’t scheduled to open until March 2020.
The danger with the staggered openings is that New Jerseyans and New Yorkers who have been hearing for years about a mall so big it would take weeks to see all the sights, may look at the partially opened American Dream and say “Meh, no big deal.”American Dream “In Asia and the Middle East, where large mixed use projects are more common, projects often open in phases. This is particularly the case in China, where online commerce is more prevalent and retail projects are more focused on entertainment and customer acquisition for brands.”
